It couldn't be easier to submit your vechicle. All you have to do is send 3 files:

[vehicle-name].ice
[vehicle-name].vmf
[vehicle-name].wst
Just put these files in a Zip file and e-mail them to me at maskingtape@home.com
Don't forget to also include your name, a description of the vehicle, scenario type and the name of the vehicle.
